This half-day workshop with your team is designed to seed a value-driven culture in your organization. We focus on where you are going, and why you are going there and equip the team with an understanding of business as an exercise in value delivery.

This 30 day engagement involves detailed observation of your organization’s current operations and an objective assessment of your organizational health. The outcome is a 60 - 90 day plan for targeted quick wins to rapidly level-up operational maturity.

Following our initial 90 day engagement many clients engage me on an ongoing basis for 6 months to 3 years to support operational maturity and momentum as you scale and grow. If we reach Series B together I’ll support your transition to a full-time operations hire before I exit.

From there, pricing will vary depending on your budget and potential solutions and we’ll arrive at a scope of work that delivers meaningful improvement without breaking the bank.

A Value Chemistry Ops Assessment will deliver results in 30 days. From there we typically will form a plan for the subsequent 60 days. After that ongoing engagement is by retainer and varies from 6 months to 3 years.

Yes, many small startups begin “operations” primarily in a project-based capacity. I bring my generalist project management toolkit to support your team foundationally before a true operations lead is required. Project-based engagements start at $90 USD per hour
