The assessment will examine your team, their daily and weekly routines, and I’ll work to identify what’s working and what’s not working.

During this phase we undertake the proposal from the Value Chemistry Ops Assessment. Costs will vary based on services and phase. This will be a Fee for Service arrangement.

Following a successful 60-Day Tailored Service period, organizations may engage longer-term services for up to 36 months on Retainer. Services are provided fractionally with a maximum of 25 hours per week of support. Retainer pricing varies on the level of engagement with the organization and the operational maturity phase.
