  • We’ll start by setting baseline with everyone on your team around how we define value, how we deliver value, and how value delivery maturity progresses over time.

  • Using our new value-focused lens we’ll examine your current Mission, Vision, and Value statements as the North Star for value delivery in your organization. The output is confirmation of your value delivery framework.

  • With everything we’ve learned we’ll talk about operations from a value delivery perspective and examine what might be needed to re-center around value.
